The agreement
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. “We” and “us” mean PRAGVANCE LLC. “You” means the individual person who holds the account. A company name on the signup form is a label. It does not create a workspace, and it does not move ownership of your meeting content to that company.
The service
MinutesIntel turns a transcript into an executive summary, minutes, and action items. You record on your own device, or you paste the text. We do not place a bot in the meeting, and we do not start a recording for you.
You read the draft before it goes anywhere else. A PDF, an email to someone else, a portal link, Slack, or a webhook is sent only after you confirm. One exception: after analysis, a draft may be emailed to the address on your own account so you can review it. That draft is not a client send.
Acceptable use and recording consent
Use the service for lawful work. Do not break into it, probe it, overload it, or use it to send messages people did not agree to receive. Do not submit content you have no right to process.
You are responsible for getting consent from meeting participants where the law requires it. Some places require every person in the room to agree before anyone records. Some require only one. Learn the rule that applies to that meeting, and get the consent it requires before you press record. We do not collect that consent, we do not join the call, and we do not decide whether the recording was allowed.
You own your meeting content
The individual user owns the recording, the transcript, the minutes, and the other meeting content that user puts into MinutesIntel. We do not take that ownership. A firm name, a brand, or a client label on the account does not transfer it to a workspace. The product does not have workspaces.
You give us a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that content only so we can run the service: draft it, store it if you chose Cloud Backup, and send it when you confirm a send. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for a copy you already sent to someone else and the billing records described in the privacy policy.
We keep our own name, the site, and the software. White-label, described below, changes what a recipient sees on your PDF. It does not transfer our software to you, and it does not make us the author of your minutes.
Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the prices published on the site:
- Seat — $100 a month. One person on one account. Local Only or Cloud Backup for that account. Up to 200 meetings in each rolling 30 days. The product enforces that cap on the account. Existing meetings stay; a new one waits until older ones roll out of the window.
- Firm — $300 a month. The price listed on the pricing page. Paying it does not, in the product today, add more seats or a Cloud Backup shared across people.
- Agency — $500 a month. The price listed on the pricing page. Paying it does not, in the product today, create client workspaces. An account can use the API, webhooks, and HubSpot and Slack connections the product already includes. Those connections belong to that one account.
You can open an account without a card. The free trial is 14 days from the day the account is created.
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid. You keep access through that date. We do not refund the unused days of a period already paid, unless the law requires a refund.
White-label
The white-label unlock is a one-time $2,000 purchase. It is not part of the monthly price, and it does not renew.
You pay that amount through Stripe. A PDF you send to another company is free, and that send adds a $10 credit toward the $2,000. The credit is not a charge. After credits cover the full $2,000, which is 200 of those sends, the unlock turns on. You can also pay whatever balance is left in one Stripe checkout.
Until the unlock is on, outbound PDFs carry the line “Join MinutesIntel.ai,” linking to https://minutesintel.ai. After the unlock, that line comes off, and the PDF and the portal use the brand name, logo, and accent you saved.
If Stripe refunds or disputes a payment that counted toward the unlock, we take that amount back off the balance. Credits from free client PDFs are not Stripe charges, and a Stripe refund does not reverse those credits.
An email that stays inside your own company, or a draft sent only to you, is not a credit send. The unlock sits on your account. It does not let you present MinutesIntel as the author of a client document once our footer is gone.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as it stands, and as available. Drafts are written by a model. They can miss a name, drop a decision, or state something nobody said. You have to read them before they leave. We do not warrant that minutes are complete, accurate, or fit for a board book, a courtroom, or a regulator.
MinutesIntel is not a law firm. These terms are not legal advice, and a set of minutes is not a legal opinion. We do not promise that the site will be up every minute, or that a browser's speech recognition will catch every word.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PRAGVANCE LLC and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost meeting content, even if we knew that kind of loss was possible.
Our total liability for a claim arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing in those 12 months, that cap is zero, except where the law does not allow a cap that low.
Some places do not allow a limit like this. There, the limit is the narrowest one that law still permits.
When this ends
You may stop using MinutesIntel and cancel a paid plan as the billing section describes. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if a payment stays failed, or if we have to act to follow the law or to protect someone else. A closure for that kind of cause can take effect immediately. Ask us to delete what remains by emailing support@pragvance.ai. The privacy policy says how long that takes, and which billing records we keep.
Disputes
Write to support@pragvance.ai and describe the dispute before you file a case. Give us a chance to answer.
These terms, and any dispute about the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Oregon's conflict-of-laws rules do not apply. PRAGVANCE LLC is an Oregon limited liability company.
You and PRAGVANCE LLC each agree that a dispute will be brought in the state courts or the federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon. Each of us consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts and will not claim that the forum is an inconvenient one.
Either of us may still file an individual claim in small-claims court in Lane County, Oregon when that court is allowed to hear it, and may keep the claim there.
The rest of the agreement
If a court will not enforce one sentence, the others stay. Waiting to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not hand this agreement to someone else without our written consent. We may hand it to a successor of the business. Together with the privacy policy, these terms are the whole agreement about the service.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel before that date.
